- Does the customer need an account? No. They click a link.
- Can they download the artwork? The proof page offers no download, print or save.
- What if they send us a replacement? It arrives as a pending upload and an administrator promotes or rejects it.
- Can we see which version they approved? Yes. Superseded versions stay on the job, marked ARCHIVED.
- Does it work on a phone? Yes, including approving.
